Richard F. Myers is the Senior Pastor of New Life Church. He has been in the ministry for over forty years. For the first 8 years of his ministry, he and his family traveled internationally as an Evangelist. For the past 38 years, they have served New Life, guiding it from 70 members in 1986 to over five hundred in 2021. Pastor and Helen have been married for 57 years and have one daughter named Kristin. Kristin is married to Matt Wnorowski, Associate Pastor at New Life. They have two children; a son Ryan Matthew and a daughter, Alyssa Nicole.

Pastor Myers is noted for his practical messages that relate to the everyday struggles of the Christian walk. His ministry is a combination of teaching and preaching. Healing, miracles, and prophecy are all signs that follow his ministry.

He is a co-founder of One Heart World Fellowship. This is a fellowship of churches around the world that share the same desire to reach the world for Jesus Christ. He is a prophet and/or overseer to churches around the world. Pastor Myers, along with Dr. Mike Pangio, also founded Abundant Life Ministries International. This ministry plants churches, Bible schools, and various other outreaches throughout the world. Through the combined efforts of both men and their churches, they oversee over two thousand churches,  Bible schools, orphanages, elementary schools, leper home/hospital  and a new surgery center in India. Abundant Life ministries operate in over sixty-nine nations.
